Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-11-06

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cxvend.com and related services (the "Service") provided by CXVend, operated by Chuang Zheng, an individual based in Wuhan, China ("CXVend", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CXVend checks whether crawlers can read public pages:

  • Free check — robots.txt, live requests with crawler User-Agents, and the static HTML of the homepage. The result is at /r/ and a random id. This version does not call a model.
  • $19 report — the same evidence on pages we fetch. Up to 10 pages can be inspected. The cap is 10. That is a cap, not a promise of 10 pages. One qualifying page is listed as one page. A priority is included only when the fetch supplies a verbatim excerpt.
  • $29 pack — that report plus robots.txt.diff, an Organization and SoftwareApplication candidate from the observed title, description, and URL, and priorities with page evidence. Question text is copied only when a fetched page already contains it. FAQPage markup, comparison outlines, and an llms.txt file are not part of this pack. There is no later recheck and no email.

We deliver information and files only. We do not modify your website, post content or contact third parties on your behalf.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

The Service is not available to anyone under 16. To purchase a paid report you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). You may only submit websites you own, operate or are authorized to analyze. You agree not to:

  • submit unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive content;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, content screening or security measures;
  • use automated means to send excessive requests, or resell the Service without our permission;
  • use the Service to harm others or violate any law.

Checkout is not open. This version does not send submitted text to a model.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in USD on our Pricing page: Free, $19 one-time, $29 one-time. Taxes may apply.
  • All paid products are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
  • Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo, whose terms also apply to the transaction.
  • We may change prices for future purchases; changes do not affect completed orders.

4. Delivery

Checkout is not open. This site does not email a report or a receipt. If a webhook stores a paid record, the customer page is /access/ plus a random token. That page reads /api/access/:token. It is not /private/ and it is not /r/. GET /api/orders/:id does not return the token. No report link or receipt is emailed. The contact address is support@cxvend.com.

5. Refunds and cancellation

  • Priorities without a fetched excerpt are omitted. This site does not run an automatic refund. See the Refund Policy.

6. No guarantee of results — disclaimer

  • This version does not test whether any product mentions or ranks a site. The check records crawler requests and static HTML only.
  • Crawler checks use User-Agent strings and may not match how a vendor’s own crawler is treated.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and testing any file or recommendation before using it on your website.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, traffic or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and design belong to CXVend. Files delivered to you may be used for your own website. They are built from the pages we fetched, not from a model.

9. Third-party services and trademarks

This version does not call a model provider and does not use an email service. Waffo is the intended merchant of record if checkout is opened later. Crawler User-Agent strings are not affiliations. We are not responsible for third-party hosting or payment services.

10. Suspension and termination

We may refuse, suspend or stop providing the Service to anyone who violates these Terms, abuses the Service or creates legal risk. If we terminate a paid order without cause before delivery, we will refund it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, as they apply to an individual operator based in Wuhan, China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal dispute about the Service, please contact support@cxvend.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Payment, chargeback and merchant-of-record disputes are governed by Waffo's user agreement and policies, which apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version applies from its effective date shown on this page and does not affect completed purchases.
