Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CXVend ("CXVend", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use cxvend.com (the "Service"). CXVend is operated by Chuang Zheng, an individual based in Wuhan, China. Contact: support@cxvend.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • The website URL you submit for a check.
  • Messages you send to support@cxvend.com. That address is the contact address. This policy does not describe a mailbox provider or a response time.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type and request timestamps, used for rate limiting, abuse prevention and security.

Information from public sources

  • Publicly accessible content of the website you submit (such as robots.txt, sitemap.xml, HTML pages and structured data), which we fetch to perform the check.

Payment information

  • Checkout is not open. A buyer email on a stored order is kept with that order only. This version does not email a report or a receipt. Card details are not stored here. GET /api/orders/:id does not return the private token.

We do not create user accounts and do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.

2. How we use information

  • To run the free crawler check and, if checkout is later opened, to store a paid record.
  • This version does not send email and does not call a model.
  • To process a refund if you ask for one.
  • To prevent abuse, enforce rate limits and keep the Service secure.
  • support@cxvend.com is a contact address. This policy does not describe a reply service.
  • To understand and improve the Service in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

3. Third parties we share data with

To provide the Service, we send data to the following categories of service providers:

  • Netlify — hosts the site and stores the free check result so the /r/ link can be opened again. A paid record, if one is stored, uses a separate blob store. The customer opens /access/ and a random token.
  • Waffo — the intended merchant of record if checkout is opened later. Checkout is not open, so this version is not sending card data.

This version does not send page content to a model provider or to an email service.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

4. Result links

A free result is at /r/ and a random id. It is not listed. Anyone with that link can open it. A paid record is private: the customer page is /access/ plus a random token, and that page reads /api/access/:token. It is not /private/ and it is not /r/. GET /api/orders/:id cannot recover the token.

5. International transfers

Our providers operate in multiple countries, including the United States. By using the Service, your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

6. Data retention

  • A free result is kept so its /r/ link can be opened again.
  • A paid record is kept so its private token can be opened again.
  • To ask for deletion, email support@cxvend.com with the link or the URL you checked.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

How to make a request without an account: email support@cxvend.com and include the link or the URL you checked. We may ask for enough detail to find the record. This policy does not promise a response time.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS and restricted access to data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

The Service is not available to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 16 has used the Service, contact support@cxvend.com and we will delete related data. Paid purchases require the buyer to be at least 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
